Overview
When the Alexandria, MN School District decided to start converting to LED, they looked to Mitch Names to help them figure out their options. The existing lighting was predominately T8 fluorescent lighting which wasn’t the best lighting for a classroom environment.
Ideal Energy completed audits on three test schools and when it was determined that a retrofit would save over $8,131 annually they proceeded to mover forward with the project. An incentive from the power company of over $20,900 helped insure the project would have a great ROI.
