Overview
Upgraded the old fluorescent High Bay Fixtures with 15W High Output LED Tubes. Retrofitted the office Fluorescent Troffers to 12W LED Tubes. Achieved improved light levels and eliminated all the ballasts and associated maintenance.
This project was able to take advantage of an increased rebate the utility offered for 2021. The rebate netted an additional $8,501 over what would have been available in 2022. These additional funds helped to get the project on the books for 2021.

Details
By switching to LED Desco eliminated 135,482 lbs. of Green House Gas Emissions from the environment which is equal to removing 13.2 passenger vehicles from the road.
- 450 ballasts removed, which eliminated 90% of lighting maintenance
- A longer LED lifespan means less product in landfills
